The Muskegon facility will consolidate three primary care practices in the area into a single location and will house about 15 care providers. The Hudsonville facility brings health care services to patients who have relocated to this fast-growing community.

These facilities are among Mercy Health West Michigan’s three newest outpatient centers. Mercy Health recently opened an Innovative Primary Care facility designed to adapt, expand and customize to patients’ needs, in Grand Rapids’ growing West Side community.
